Shane Shi

Shane Shi is currently the East Asia Mining Business Director at Cummins Inc., where they manage mining operations, oversee P&L responsibilities, and lead teams of sales managers. With extensive travel and a focus on expanding business in new territories, Shane specializes in B2B sales, contract negotiation, and overall leadership. Prior experience includes roles at Caterpillar Inc. as Global Mining Sales Director and Mining Equipment Sales Manager, as well as serving as Mining Sales General Manager at Lei Shing Hong Machinery. Shane earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Manitoba.
