Siddharth Kale is a highly experienced professional in quality engineering and supplier quality management, currently serving as the Global Supplier Quality Category Leader for Cummins Inc. since April 2020, where responsibilities include leading a global team and overseeing quality for over 2,500 suppliers across various regions. Siddharth has held multiple positions within Cummins, including Supplier Quality Director and Senior Supplier Quality Improvement Engineer, demonstrating expertise in quality assurance, supplier management, and cost-saving initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at the University of Michigan as a Graduate Student Instructor and Research Assistant, as well as positions at Thermax and Toyota Kirloskar Motor, enhancing knowledge in areas such as sustainable design and lean manufacturing. Siddharth holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree from the Army Institute of Technology.
