Srikanth Bala

Srikanth Bala (Subramaniam) has extensive experience at Cummins Inc., where roles have included Executive Director positions in various divisions such as Growth Office, Corporate Strategy, Product Strategy and Management for Power Systems Business, and HHP Energy Business. Srikanth's career at Cummins spans from 1998 to the present, with previous positions including Director roles in HHP Natural Gas Business, Global Purchasing, Strategy and Product Management, and Manufacturing & Quality, as well as Manager of Process Engineering and Sr. Quality Engineer. Since April 2023, Srikanth has also served as an Advisory Board Member and Deputy Chairman at VoltStorage. Academic qualifications include an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
