Stéphane Janiszewski

Stéphane Janiszewski is an experienced executive currently serving as Executive Director for Europe and South America at Cummins Inc. since December 2022. Prior to this role, Stéphane held the position of General Manager Sales for Europe at Meritor, focusing on OEM, Aftermarket, and eMobility sales. At LEMO connector, Stéphane established a Key Account Management organization within a global company. Stéphane's tenure at Honeywell included roles such as Sr Director of Commercial Excellence, where responsibility encompassed commercial best practices for the Transportation Systems business, and Product Marketing Director for the Light Vehicle Diesel line. Earlier career experience includes serving as Global Accounts Director overseeing significant revenue accounts and an Account Manager at Delphi, leading sales efforts for diesel fuel injection systems. Stéphane holds an MBA from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School and a degree in Strategy Execution from IMD.
