Stephen Wright

Stephen Wright is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Cummins Inc. since May 2018, Stephen previously held the position of HR Director - North America On-Highway at Faurecia from April 2017 to May 2018. Stephen's career at Cummins began in March 2008, where Stephen worked as the Functional Talent Management Leader for Marketing and Sales and also served as the European HR Leader for a global HR operations role. Prior to Cummins and Faurecia, professional background includes HR Advisor positions at Experian and PCServicecall, and an HR Generalist role at IF Online. Stephen holds a BSc (Hons) in Geography from the University of Derby, completed in 1995.
