Steven Grace

Steven Grace is a skilled manufacturing professional with extensive experience in global automation strategy and deployment. Currently serving as the Automation and Technology Leader in Global Manufacturing Engineering at Cummins Inc., they focus on innovative technologies such as Cobot and IMR deployment and developing Industry 4.0 strategies. Previously, Steven held various leadership roles at Cummins, including Director of Manufacturing and Service Quality and General Manager, where they managed teams and drove performance across multiple business units. They also have a solid educational background with an MEng in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Birmingham and an MBA from Indiana University.
