Tim Frazier

Tim Frazier is a seasoned engineering executive with extensive experience in the powertrain and power-system solutions sector at Cummins Inc. Since 2013, Tim has held the position of Vice President of Research and Development and has previously served as Director of Engineering and Chief Engineer at Cummins Westport Inc., focusing on natural gas engines for heavy-duty and medium-duty applications. Tim also led advanced engineering initiatives as Executive Director at Cummins Inc. and was the Director of Advanced Systems and Performance Development R&D from 2006 to 2012, overseeing a significant team in engine performance and emissions technology. Tim Frazier earned a PhD and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completing the latter in 1994 and the former in 2000.
