Tim Worme

Tim Worme has over two decades of experience with Cummins Inc., primarily in leadership roles within the Asia Pacific region. Serving as Director & General Manager for both the Engine Segment and Off Highway Business, Tim is responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio including sales in the On Highway, Construction, Agriculture, Marine, Rail, and Defense segments across multiple countries. Tim has also held senior roles such as Vice President of Operations in the Rocky Mountain Region and General Manager for Cummins in Qatar, demonstrating expertise in P&L management, safety, and business transformation. Prior to joining Cummins, Tim worked as an Automotive Technician at Toyota Motor Corporation Australia. Based in Perth, Australia, Tim is a member of various leadership teams throughout his career.
