Tom Bailey

Tom Bailey has extensive experience in the engineering and supply chain sectors, currently serving as the Supply Chain Director for Integrated Business Planning at Cummins Inc. since May 1992. Throughout a distinguished career, Tom has held various leadership roles including Quality Director, IT Quality Manager, and served as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt. Tom also led efforts in Design Functional Excellence as a Robust Design Leader and worked on Advanced Sensors and Actuators. Prior to joining Cummins Inc., Tom was a Principal Engineer at Charles Stark Draper Laboratory from 1984 to 1992. Tom holds a BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, earned between 1979 and 1984.
