With extensive experience in the automotive industry, Tom has held various leadership roles, including Technical Manager and Validation Team Lead, where they demonstrated strong project management and team coordination skills. They earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Sheffield and possess Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Earlier in their career, Tom worked as a Design Engineer at Spiral UK and held multiple positions at Delphi, focusing on the development of fuel systems and engine testing.
