Tom Seda

Tom Seda, MBA, is an IT Operations Leader and Agile Release Train Engineer at Cummins Inc., where they transform traditional IT support into a unified operational model. With previous roles as IT Manager at Allegion, PLC, and Ingersoll Rand, Tom was responsible for driving ERP IT standards, managing global support for financial systems, and implementing Agile methodologies. They have a strong focus on team leadership, strategic roadmapping, and operational transformation. Tom holds an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a BS in Management Information Systems from Kennedy-Western University.
