Tushar Ranaware has over a decade of experience in supply chain management and procurement, with a strong focus on materials management. Tushar began a career as a Graduate Trainee Engineer at ThyssenKrupp Ind. India Ltd, gaining foundational knowledge in fabrication and welding technologies. Tushar advanced to roles at Suzlon Energy Ltd and Wartsila India Ltd, where responsibilities included import procurement and supplier interactions across various materials and components. Subsequent position as a Planner-Buyer at Honeywell Automation India Ltd involved global sourcing and supplier negotiation. Currently, Tushar serves as Senior Manager at Tata Cummins Ltd, overseeing material procurement and operational processes. Tushar holds an MBA in Materials Management from the Indian Institute of Business Management School and an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shivaji University.
