Victor Chew has extensive experience in regulatory affairs and emissions compliance, currently serving as the Regional Regulatory Affairs Leader for Southeast Asia and South Pacific at Cummins Inc. since November 2007. Previously held roles include Product Certification & Compliance Leader and VPI Service Engineer Group Leader, where Victor led initiatives to enhance emissions compliance and developed aftertreatment solutions for diverse markets. Early career experience includes serving as a Senior Service Engineer and an Emissions Measurement Engineer, contributing significantly to projects such as the expansion of an emissions lab. Victor began his engineering journey as an intern at General Electric, focusing on the heat transfer behavior of gas turbine engines. Victor holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University.
