Wesley Ramey

Wesley Ramey is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Information Systems Manager at Cummins Inc. since November 2016, specializing in managing learning systems and integrations between HR systems. Ramey has previously held the role of HRIS Senior Analyst, where expertise included Oracle HCM cloud and Saba/Cornerstone LMS technologies. Prior to Cummins, Ramey worked at Dollar General as a Human Resources Analyst and at Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee as a Human Resources Generalist. Additional experience includes roles as an Associate Compensation Consultant at Burris, Thompson & Associates, a Graduate Assistant at Middle Tennessee State University, and various positions in housing and residence life at East Tennessee State University. Ramey holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from East Tennessee State University.
