Will Waller

Will Waller is a Global HR Leader at Cummins, Inc., where they serve as Executive Director of HRBP for the Distribution Business Unit. With a rich background in human resources spanning over two decades, Will has previously held key positions at Whirlpool Corporation, Honeywell Aerospace, and The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. An accomplished athlete, Will was a Team Captain for the USA Paralympic Wheelchair Basketball Team and earned multiple medals in international competitions. Will is also a keynote speaker, sharing insights on leadership, culture, and overcoming adversity. They hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
