Francisca Cachaña

Francisca Cachaña is currently the Líder de Cobranzas at Cumplo. Prior to this, they were an Executive at Euro Capital from March 2017 to December 2017 and at Factoring Security from October 2014 to March 2017.

At Euro Capital, Francisca was in charge of a portfolio of over 150 customers with outstanding invoices. It was their responsibility to ensure that the invoices were paid on time and that no further action was necessary. Francisca also had to reconcile payments made. Francisca made daily follow-up calls to customers.

At Factoring Security, Francisca started as a part of the call center for 8 months before being promoted to Gestionador (Executive Client). In this role, they were responsible for managing the invoices that were claimed, paid out to the customer, and requesting immediate refunds when necessary. Francisca then became the coordinator of the call center, where they were responsible for reviewing every action taken by the call center team, collecting payments, and following up on critical cases with the 10 people under their supervision.

Francisca Cachaña has a Diplomado in Control de gestión y análisis estratégico from Universidad de Santiago de Chile and a tecnico en administración de recursos humanos in Gestión de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general from Duoc UC.

Francisca Cachaña reports to José Piñera, Director de Crédito & Cumplimiento.
