Lissa Johnsen

Lissa Johnsen serves as the President and CEO of Business Technology Solutions, Inc., providing consulting services to enhance performance through planning, technology management, and process improvement since September 2000. In addition, Lissa holds the position of Vice President at The Information Technology Alliance, fostering a community for mid-market technology professionals. As a NetSuite Implementation Consultant and Project Manager at Cumula 3 Group, Lissa specializes in ERP implementations for various industries. Lissa also serves as Controller and Senior Project/Implementation Leader at Reed Mariculture, overseeing critical financial and operational projects. Previously, Lissa held roles as Project Manager and Consulting Manager at Net at Work Inc. and served as Vice President of Information Technology Services at Brown, McLeod & Johnsen, CPAs, PA. Lissa’s career began at Price Waterhouse, where recruitment occurred for the Audit team, leading to a promotion to Senior Consultant. Lissa earned a BSBA in Accounting with a concentration in Information Systems from Appalachian State University.
