Zachary Hoyt

Zachary Hoyt currently serves as a Deployment Engineer at Cumulus Digital Systems since July 2023. Previously, Zachary held the position of Director of Operations at Revcord from February 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities included managing daily operations, developing customer support policies, and achieving a 65% efficiency improvement. In addition, Zachary directed customer service operations, resolving over 30,000 critical tickets in high-pressure environments. Prior experience includes serving as an Information Technology Specialist in the US Navy, where Zachary supervised automated data processing operations and managed information systems security. Early career experience includes leading operations as the Lead Cart Attendant at The Clubs at Houston Oaks. Zachary graduated from Magnolia West High School in 2015 with a high school diploma.
