Justin Schaflander

Justin Schaflander is an experienced sales leader currently serving as the Vice President of Sales at CUMULUS MEDIA since January 2024. Additionally, Justin has been a Business Advisor at Verima since January 2020, focusing on developing standardized outreach for wholesale clients in the alternative wellness sector. Previously, Justin held the position of Business Advisor and CMO at Alliance Tax Solutions from January 2022 to January 2024 and served as the Director of Sales for ESPN LA at Good Karma Brands from April 2022 to November 2023. Spanning over thirteen years at iHeartMedia, Justin progressed to the role of Region President, where responsibilities included connecting various revenue and operational functions. Earlier career milestones include serving as Market President, Vice President of Sales, General Sales Manager, and Director of Sports Sales for the Atlanta Braves Radio Network, as well as Director of Sports for CBS Radio overseeing the Los Angeles Dodgers Radio Network from February 2003 to October 2007.
