Katie McAlister

Katie McAlister is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in customer strategy and business transformation. Currently serving as President at Cunard since August 2023, McAlister previously held the position of Chief Marketing Officer for TUI UK & Ireland from 2008 to September 2023, where responsibility included overseeing customer strategy, brand management, advertising, CRM, and various sales channels. Additional roles at TUI included Director of Business Change for Customer, Head of Customer Strategy and CRM, and Head of Multichannel User Experience, focusing on enhancing customer experiences through digital initiatives. McAlister holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Languages (French and Spanish) with Linguistics from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
