Glen Irwin

Glen Irwin is an accomplished engineering professional with over 38 years of experience in the industry, specializing in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design engineering and sustainability. Currently serving as the Building Services Associate Director at Cundall, Glen leads MEP initiatives within the education sector while also overseeing the significant sustainability team. Prior to this role, Glen was the Technical Director at Hydrock, focusing on sustainable design for critical systems, particularly data centers. Additional experience includes positions as an MEP and Sustainability Manager at both Speller Metcalfe and Stepnell, along with notable self-employment involvement in MEP management and research. Glen holds a BEng in Environmental Engineering from London South Bank University.
