Melissa Fuesting, PhD, is currently the Associate Director of Research at CUPA-HR, where they manage five annual workforce surveys and oversee a team in delivering critical data for higher education institutions. With over 10 years of experience in leading both quantitative and qualitative research, they have previously held roles as a Senior Survey Researcher and Survey Researcher, contributing to multiple collaborative projects and publishing numerous reports and presentations.
