Winnie Lau has a vast amount of experience in the event coordination and hospitality industry. Winnie currently holds the position of Event Coordinator at CUPE Ontario since November 2022. Prior to this role, Winnie worked at Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel & Suites from March 2006 to December 2022, where Winnie held titles such as Associate Director of Events & Conference Services and Senior Catering & Convention Services Manager. Before that, Winnie was a Senior Catering and Conference Service Manager at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts from December 1998 to September 2022. Winnie's educational background includes attending George Brown College.
