Kristen Green

Kristen Green currently serves as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Cupertino Electric, Inc., a position held since September 2014. Previously, Kristen held various roles within the company, including Vice President of Legal, Senior Director and Managing Counsel, Division Managing Counsel for Data Center & Modular, Senior Attorney for Operations, and Construction Attorney. Prior to joining Cupertino Electric, Kristen gained experience as an Associate and Law Clerk at Sweeney, Mason, Wilson & Bosomworth from September 2001 to September 2014. Kristen holds a Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law (1998-2001) and a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry from the University of California, Davis (1994-1998).
