Matt Clark

Matt Clark is the current director at Cura Digital Health Solutions, Inc. Prior to this, they were the co-founder and president of Verinovum LLC from January 2014 to August 2018. Verinovum is a health information technology provider focused on reimagining clinical data interoperability. The company provides the technical foundation for health data exchange, community-wide care coordination, and a robust decision support platform to enable care quality improvement in the face of overwhelming data availability.

Under Matt's leadership, Verinovum was successfully taken from idea to Series A funding, and grew to contain comprehensive medical record & claims data for 25 million US Individuals. Matt developed a high speed, high volume, clinical data aggregation & measurement system across multiple states and provided guidance in the development of measurable and actionable quality measurement and associated incentive models. In addition, they oversaw financial, legal, compliance, and operational components of the organization to ensure high levels of operational efficiency.

Matt has also been instrumental in architecting organization strategy for state and federal quality initiatives and HIT programs. Matt has served as the executive sponsor & chair for privacy & security, compliance, and change control, and directed compliance initiatives including HITRUST, HIPAA, HITECH, and Federal Data Interoperability. In terms of business development, they are the main facilitator of complex sales or acts as a key executive to help sales team negotiate and close deals.
