Andrew Johnson, CDM, CFPP, currently serves as the Regional Operations Support Manager at Cura Hospitality since December 2021. With extensive experience in culinary and dining services management, Andrew has held various positions including Culinary Operations Support at HHS, LLC, Culinary Director at Meridian Senior Living, and Dining Services Manager at St. Andrew's Resources for Seniors System. Additional roles include Executive Chef at Unidine and Dietary Manager at both Aperion Care and Ackert Park Skilled Care Community. Andrew's experience also includes serving as Food Service Director for Healthcare Services Group and Director of Dining Services at Missouri Veterans Home St. Louis, overseeing a workforce of 32 employees and managing a 300-bed facility. Andrew's educational background includes a degree in Culinary Arts from L'Ecole Culinaire and further studies at Saint Louis Community College-Florissant Valley.
