Anna Mancini Bohland Ms

Anna Mancini Bohland MS, RD, LDN, is an experienced professional in dietetics and nutrition, currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Pittsburgh since January 2024 and as a Community Education Coordinator for Penn State Extension since October 2023. With a longstanding association with Cura Hospitality, starting in May 2014, Anna has held multiple roles including Operations Manager and Registered Dietitian. Previous positions include Food Service Director at Aramark Student Nutrition and Licensed Agent at New York Life Insurance Company. Anna's educational background includes a Master of Science in Coordinated Masters in Dietetics and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Dietetics and Nutrition, both obtained from the University of Pittsburgh.
