Beth Letter is an experienced nutrition professional with a Master's degree in Public Health, specializing in Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Since January 2017, Beth has held the position of Regional Nutrition Manager and previously served as Regional Wellness Dietitian at Cura Hospitality. Prior to this, Beth worked as a Clinical Dietitian at A'viands and as a Consultant Clinical Dietitian at New Horizon Foods. Earlier in the career, Beth gained experience as a Clinical Sales Account Executive at American HomePatient and as a Clinical Dietitian at Extendicare. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, Beth has a well-rounded background in clinical and wellness nutrition.

We are a company of experienced dining services professionals that came together under one name in 2019, previously doing business as Cura, A’viands and Valley Services, providing services in Life Plan Communities, and Acute Care. Cura is now part of Elior North America where, together, we are small enough to care and big enough to make a difference.
