Bill Dalesandro is an experienced foodservice professional currently serving as District Manager at Cura Hospitality since August 2021. Previously, Bill worked as Senior Foodservice Director at Thomas Cuisine, overseeing foodservice operations for multiple upscale retirement communities, and as Director of Food and Beverage at Lifespace Communities, where Bill transformed dining programs from self-serve to full-service operations. Bill has held positions ranging from Executive Chef to Cook Supervisor in various prestigious kitchens, demonstrating a strong ability to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Bill's educational background includes culinary training at the International Culinary Academy and certification as a Dietary Manager from the Community College of Allegheny County.
