Colene’s leadership capabilities were further demonstrated as a Senior Area General Manager for Sodexo at St. Peter's Health Partners, managing multiple facilities. With a strong background in food service operations, quality assurance, and team development spanning over two decades, Colene has contributed to enhanced customer service and operational efficiencies across numerous organizations in the dining and healthcare industries. Education was pursued at Herkimer County Community College from 1988 to 1990.
