Elliott Hilton, MBA, CDM, CFPP, is a seasoned professional in the culinary and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Dining Services at Cura Hospitality within the Sisters of St. Joseph since May 2022. Previously, Elliott held the role of Corporate Director of Culinary Services at Advantage Living Centers from November 2018 to November 2020. Elliott's academic credentials include an MBA in Business Administration from Waynesburg University and a BSAS in Hotel, Restaurant, and Event Management from Youngstown State University. Further educational experience includes an Associate of Applied Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Butler County Community College. Elliott has also served as a Culinary Department Chair and Chef Instructor at The International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Michigan and Ohio, respectively, along with teaching roles at Butler County Community College.
