Additional roles include Opening Kitchen Manager for Pop Shop Medford and Executive Chef consultant at Keg and Kitchen. John began culinary training as a Lead Line Cook at Trump National Golf Club and Brookdale Senior Living. Educational qualifications include a certification in Foods, Nutrition, and Related Services from the University of Florida, and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from The Art Institutes.
