Ally Ranier

Ally Ranier is currently the Head of People at Curai Health. Prior to this, they served as the Director of People (Head of HR) at Viz.ai from April 2019 to April 2021. At Viz.ai, Ally was responsible for leading the company's HR initiatives and programs.

Previously, Ally worked as a Senior People Partner (HRBP) at Counsyl from June 2017 to November 2018. At Counsyl, Ally led HR for the Commercial and Medical Affairs organization, working closely with the CCO and CMO to provide customized HR programs that met the business needs of their teams. These teams included Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Medical Science, Strategy, Customer Success and Competitive Intelligence. Ally also led Compensation for the entire company during their time at Counsyl.

During their time at Counsyl, Ally spearheaded several special projects, including the design and management of all aspects of the Performance & Development process, the expansion of the Commercial Mentorship program company-wide, and the redesign of the Success Factors program.

Ally Ranier's educational career began with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Southern California. Ally continued their education with a Master of Arts in Organizational Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University.

Ally Ranier works with Xavier Amatriain - CTO & Founder, Geoff Tso - Head of Clinical Innovation, and Yvonne Okoh - Head of Clinical Operations, Family Medicine Physician. Ally Ranier reports to Neal Khosla, CEO & Founder.
