Heather Horne

Heather Horne has extensive experience in corporate governance and securities, currently serving as Director of Corporate Governance & Securities at Curaleaf since May 2018, after ascending through various roles including Sr. Manager and Corporate Governance Associate. Prior to Curaleaf, Heather worked at Locke Lord LLP from October 2000 to May 2018 as a Senior Corporate Paralegal, gaining expertise in corporate and securities compliance for both public and private companies. Heather holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Rivier University, earned from 1993 to 1997.
