Paul Sabio

Paul Sabio is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in the food and retail industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Northeast at Curaleaf since September 2022, Paul has previously held various roles at 7-Eleven from 2009 to 2022, including Division Logistics Manager, where strategic initiatives resulted in over $4 million in cost savings. Additional experience includes leading hot food program implementations, managing guest experience initiatives across 1,300 locations, and overseeing significant revenue-generating stores. Prior to 7-Eleven, Paul served as Regional Project Manager at Arby’s Restaurant Group, Market Manager at Dunkin', and Area Director at Flik Independent Schools, developing extensive expertise in multi-unit management and operational efficiency. Early in Paul’s career at Aramark, key contributions included implementing a POS system that reduced food costs.
