Hamza Hamayel has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Hamza started their career at Art Technologies in 2012 as a Full Stack Web Developer, where they worked on converting a desktop application to a web application. Hamza also co-developed dynamic and secure websites for financial transactions and building constructions.

In 2014, Hamza joined Tetra Tech as a Full Stack Web Developer. Hamza dealt with customers and implemented user, business, and system requirements. Hamza co-developed web applications from scratch with user-friendly interfaces for inventory management, vehicle tracking, and user management.

In 2015, Hamza worked at UBS as a Full Stack Web Developer. Hamza analyzed, designed, and built front-end and back-end components for multi-cultural applications. Hamza also improved and developed an electronic communication and archiving system and a recharging card system.

From 2016 to 2017, Hamza worked at EUPOL COPPS as a Senior Full Stack Web Developer. Hamza acted as a project lead to develop a clothing distribution system. Hamza collaborated with customers and implemented user, business, and system requirements. Hamza also participated in product and database design discussions.

From 2017 to 2019, Hamza rejoined Tetra Tech as a Senior Full Stack Web Developer. Hamza analyzed, designed, and built front-end and back-end components for multi-cultural and unified applications. Hamza was responsible for various aspects of applications like security, GUI, testing, build test data, report generation, and user management.

In 2019, Hamza worked at Curamet AB as a Senior DevOps Specialist. Hamza set up a proof of concept of observability and monitoring concepts on Kubernetes. Hamza also facilitated the implementation and support of a CRM sales system and developed a web application for managing lawyer video calls with customer reservations.

Currently, Hamza is working at IKEA as a Software Engineer. Their main responsibilities include setting up a reward platform for multiple IKEA markets and collaborating with agile teams to design, implement, integrate, test, and maintain different solutions using GCP Platform. Hamza has experience in using event-driven architecture, DDD, CQRS, and JSON schema definitions in the reward platform.

Hamza Hamayel completed their secondary education in Science at Beita Secondary School from 1995 to 2007. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science at An-Najah National University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
