Amber Brandon

Amber Brandon, APRN, FNP-C, CWCN, CDEO has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent role was as the Director of Wound Care at Curana Health, where they started in July 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Clinical Education/Wound Certified Nurse Practitioner at Provider Health Services from May 2022 to July 2022. Before joining Curana Health, they were also the Director of Clinical Education/Wound Certified Nurse Practitioner at Provider Health Services from July 2020 to May 2022. In addition, they worked as a Regional Nurse Practitioner from April 2017 to July 2020 and as a Nurse Practitioner from April 2015 to April 2017 at Provider Health Services. Earlier in their career, Amber had experience as a Speaker Bureau - Ingrezza at Neurocrine Biosciences from 2019 to 2020, as a Registered Nurse/Charge Nurse at ARKANSAS STATE HOSPITAL from 2013 to 2015, as an Adult Cardiothoracic Surgery Registered Nurse at Dr Samuel Thomas Rayburn, Cardiothoracic Surgery in 2010, and as a Registered Nurse II Pediatric ICU/Cardiovascular ICU at Arkansas Children's Hospital from 2007 to 2010.

Amber Brandon, APRN, FNP-C, CWCN, CDEO obtained a Master of Nursing Science degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing - BSN in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Central Arkansas in 2006. In addition to their education, they hold several certifications, including Certified Documentation Expert Outpatient from AAPC (expected 2023), Certificate of Full Independent Practice from the Arkansas State Board of Nursing (expected 2023), Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN) from the Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurses Society™ (WOCN®) in 2021, Certified Nurse Practitioner from the Arkansas State Board of Nursing in 2015, and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) in 2015.
