Holly Zaragoza has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Holly started their career as an Office Manager at Corrective Chiropractic Care in 2007, where they optimized administrative management and received recognition for their positive attitude. Holly then worked as a Vault Teller at Moneytree from 2004 to 2009, earning the Customer Service of the Year Award in 2006. Holly then joined Jos A. Cove, MD as a Senior Receptionist, where they maintained medical records and ensured efficient operations. In 2010, they became the Legal & Credentialing Coordinator at Arizona Orthopaedic Associates, handling administrative support and credentialing. Holly then took on the role of Information Specialist at Banner Health in 2012, focusing on data entry and analysis. Holly transitioned to the healthcare industry at CuraScript SD in 2023 as the West Region Operations Director. Prior to that, they had roles at Amazon as an Operations Manager and Area Manager, where they demonstrated skills in continuous improvement projects, operations management, and team development. Holly also gained experience in revenue management and customer service as the Full Service Operations Manager at MuniBilling and Business Operations Manager at FATHOM.
