Raniece Pierre

Raniece Pierre, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as the Technical Training Senior Manager at CuraScript SD since April 2016. In this role, Raniece manages a team focused on coaching and training, oversees the creation and delivery of training materials, and coordinates both internal and external training programs. Previously, Raniece held the position of Manager of Training and Quality, where responsibilities included managing facilitators and quality analysts, developing training curricula, and analyzing quality data. Earlier, Raniece worked as a Sr. Training Specialist, designing training programs and preparing educational materials.
