Ben Wales, AICP, is a seasoned land use and planning professional with extensive experience in urban planning and development. Currently serving as the Land Use and Planning Director at Curata Partners PLLC since April 2024, Ben has previously held roles at Cooley LLP, including Planning and Development Specialist and Senior Urban Planner from August 2005 to April 2024. Notable projects include the Silver District West, which involved the rezoning of 158 acres for a mixed-use development featuring 3,706 homes, over one million square feet of commercial space, and significant regional road improvements. Ben's educational background includes a Master of Science in Urban Planning and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Town and Regional Planning, both from Oxford Brookes University.
