Product Researcher, Customer Insights at Curate

Coming from a diverse professional background, including microbiology research, teaching high school math, and nannying in Europe, Shannon initially joined Curate to fulfill a variety of administrative roles. Over time she realized she loved connecting with customers and helping them fulfill their business goals through Curate. This eventually led to her heading up the Curator Success team. On any given day you’ll find her doing training with a customer, compiling product needs based on customer feedback, creating personalized training videos, or finding more ways for Curate to make an impact in the event industry.
