Hillary Eaton is an experienced food and culture writer with a diverse portfolio spanning multiple respected media outlets. Currently serving as a Food & Culture Contributor at VICE Media, Inc. since March 2014, Hillary also contributes to Food & Wine and Travel + Leisure as a freelance writer. Additional roles include freelance food and culture writing for the Los Angeles Times and print and digital writing for Los Angeles Magazine. Hillary has experience as an editor for LIVESTRONG.COM, covering food, health, and lifestyle topics, and has written for Refinery29 and Tasting Table. With a BA in Creative Writing from Pepperdine University and culinary training from the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, Hillary also has a Master’s Degree from UC Irvine in Writing.
