Diana Arredondo

Diana Arredondo is an experienced professional in Quality Assurance and Food Safety, currently serving as QA-Food Safety and R&D Sr Manager at Flagship Premium Food Group since February 2023 and as QA & Food Safety Sr Manager at Curation Foods since September 2019. Previously, Diana held the position of QA & Food Safety Regional Manager at Kerry Group from January 1994 to May 2019, where responsibilities included the implementation of Quality Assurance strategies, development of KPIs, and management of compliance with GFSI standards. Diana began their career as a Microbiologist at Basic American Foods from January 1991 to December 1993, focusing on microbiological testing and process improvement. Diana holds an Engineer's degree in Food Science from Universidad de Guanajuato, earned between 1985 and 1989.
