Currently serving as Plant Superintendent at Imerys and Operations Manager at Curation Foods, Ted effectively splits responsibilities between Petaluma and Guadalupe operations, overseeing warehousing, shipping, receiving, inventory, and sanitation. As Plant Manager at O Olive Oil, Ted significantly improved food safety and GMP audit performance, while previously spearheading the launch of a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant at Pretzel's Incorporated, generating $30M in annual revenue. Ted's prior roles include Director of Operations and Plant Manager at Utz Quality Foods / Zapps Potato Chips, and various managerial positions at The J.M. Smucker Company. Ted holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business and Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
