Casey Leintz

Casey Leintz has over a decade of experience in care management and coaching, currently serving as a Program Coordinator for Curative Care Network since July 2012. Responsibilities include facilitating communication between clients, families, and the care management team, as well as conducting biannual meetings to ensure clients' goals are met. Prior to this role, Casey was the Head Coach at Upward Sports, Inc. from 2008 to 2014, and served as a Senior Independent Living Assistant at Homes for Independent Living of Wisconsin LLC from February 2010 to June 2012, where responsibilities included overseeing the well-being of eight clients in a CBRF setting and managing emergencies. Casey holds a double Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communication from Carroll University, obtained in 2010.
