Chelsea Richards

Chelsea Richards currently serves as the Lead CLTS Service Coordinator for the Children's Long Term Support Program at Curative Care, a position held since November 2020. Prior to this role, Chelsea worked at BelAir Cantina as a Food Server from 2016 to November 2020, where responsibilities included ensuring customer satisfaction and timely food service. Chelsea's experience also includes an internship at Rogers Behavioral Health focusing on adolescent mental health and group therapy curriculum development, as well as a position at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin Community Services conducting home studies for treatment foster care. Earlier roles include student management at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services, and child care assistance at YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee. Chelsea holds both a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
