Sukjong Hong

Sukjong Hong is an experienced editor currently working at Curbed since November 2020. Previously, Hong served as Managing Editor and Web Editor at The Architect's Newspaper from September 2017 to June 2019, and as a Reporter-Researcher at The New Republic from July 2016 to July 2017. Hong's background includes a role as a Communications Consultant with the New York Immigration Coalition, conducting extensive writing and research for external communications. Additional experience includes a fellowship at the Asian American Writers' Workshop, freelance infographic design, and presentation design for the Ford Foundation. Hong holds a Master's degree in Regional Planning from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Yale University.
