Christian Zilko

Christian Zilko is a Staff Editor at IndieWire since January 2022, specializing in features, reviews, columns, and short news items related to the film and television industry. Responsibilities include editing breaking news, managing the Weekend Editor role, and covering film festivals. Zilko co-created the IndieWire After Dark column and regularly interviews prominent figures in independent cinema. Prior to IndieWire, Zilko served as a Talent Coordinator for Driven Communications LLC, overseeing touring operations for artist Dave McMurray, and coordinated publicity efforts. An internship at JamBase involved maintaining a music festival database and developing advertising campaigns.
