Debra Miller is the CEO and founder of CureDuchenne. Debra founded the organization in 2003 and has made significant contributions to accelerating drug development towards a cure for Duchenne. Debra also established CureDuchenne Ventures, LLC in 2014, and received FDA approval for Exondys51 in 2016. Debra has been recognized with awards for their work, including the 2020 Nonprofit of the Year award. In addition, Debra launched CureDuchenne Link in 2021 to connect information from the Duchenne and Becker community directly to researchers. Prior to CureDuchenne, Debra worked as a Regional Manager at PC Magazine. Debra holds a BA in Communications Studies from UCLA.
