Scott Garcia

Scott Garcia is the current Vice President of Finance at Curebase. Prior to this, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Doctor Evidence, LLC from January 2014 to April 2022. Garcia has also held the role of Vice President of Finance at RGM Group from January 2012 to December 2013. In this role, they were responsible for building the finance and HR departments from scratch, developing and implementing controls for financial and operational functions, and providing full financial management including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management. Garcia has also been responsible for board presentations and executive meetings. Some notable accomplishments during their time at RGM Group include providing guidance in facilitating the sale of the company to a private equity firm for $35M, establishing the financial structure and processes, determining needs and creating the HR function, introducing streamlined processes for operational effectiveness and cost savings, researching, planning, and launching operations in Europe, and managing relationships with customers, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Scott Garcia has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University, Northridge.

Scott Garcia reports to Tom Lemberg, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Mark Hogendobler - VP, Business Development, Wayne Bowden - VP, Business Development, and Storm Stillman - COO.
